My mom's chihuahua was not looking her best. I called for an appointment, they mostly do appointment only but for a nominal fee they do a double booking, Where we would wait after the original appointment pet gets seen. I took the soonest appointment available. Anyways, they were prompt and took care of Lady. She needed surgery right away and stayed overnight for recuperation. I highly recommend Desert Veterinary Group. The cost was also reasonable. Imperial Valley is so undeserved in vet care, but I'm so glad Desert Vet Group is available.

I took in my little 5 year old min pin in the other day to get her spay surgery done with Dr. Satow, and they were absolutely excellent. Both my dog and I were very nervous going in but they made the process as smooth as can be. They even allowed me to call to check up on her before I went to pick her up and explained/ answered all my questions. Overall, very affordable and great service here in the valley! Grateful for Dr. Satow and his staff for everything that they do to help our four-legged friends :-)

We are traveling and had to take both of our dogs to the vet. The customer service was excellent. We were treated like long time customers. Dr. Satow and his staff were professional and very helpful in explaining what we needed to do. Marla was friendly and made us feel welcome. Net year when we return we will be sure to visit them again if needed.

I brought my three dogs in to this clinic to be neutered and spayed. They were treated very well. The staff is very nice. They are very professional. They are very helpful. They came out to my truck and carried all three dogs into the clinic and helped me get them into the truck. My babies are doing very well. Thank you to the all the staff at the Desert Veternary group.

Great experience at Desert Veterinary Group. I made the appointment for my dog as a first time patient since I am new here to the Imperial Valley and was in need of a new Vet for my frenchie. They booked me and were able to give her, her updated yearly shots within 15 mins of her appointment. We were in and out of the vets office with a great experience with the doctor.

we have two kittens. One black kitten was neutered and one tortie spayed here. The vet did a great job for both surgeries. Their recovery was quick. The prices were fair and I also opted in for pre anesthetic bloodwork for the spay. Update March 2024, we had several more kittens spayed and neutered here with no complications

My 10 year old dog was sick for almost a week and I tried everything that it said to online for constipation but because this clinic took me in as an emergency I found out that it was much worse than I thought and my dog needed immediate surgery to help her and we couldn't afford it but the vet gave us a pamphlet to apply for credit and we were approved for the amount that we needed for my dog to get the surgery and it saved her life we will be forever grateful to this clinic and doctor for everything that they did to help us I recommend this clinic and doctor to anyone looking for a great place to take your animals

We took our boy(dog)for some dental work and a cough. Dr. Satow and his staff were incredible. We know Dr. Satow was super tired by the time he was done with the day so we just really wanted to say thank you Dr. Our boy is so much happier now. Please keep doing what you do. There is not many places here to go to so we need you guys. We have had to go out of town before for emergencies(we need one here)but we will make sure to come here for all of our fur babies and future fur babies needs. Thank you guys.
